Ceremony and Reception Location

The Pratt Mansions
1027 5th Ave.
(at the corner of 84th St., across from the Metropolitan Museum of Art)

Directions

Please enter the mansions on the 5th Ave. side through the center doors. The closest subway station is the 4/5/6 station at 86th St. and Lexington Ave.—about a 10-minute walk from the Pratt. If you plan to take the subway, check the MTA website in advance for train delay and track work announcements. Taxis are readily available throughout Manhattan.

Ceremony (5:30–6 p.m.)
Reception (6–10 p.m.)

Misc.

The reception will include an open bar, passed hors d'oeuvres, and a light buffet. We request that our guests wear cocktail or formal attire (not black tie). The only children in attendance will be our relatives. Thanks for understanding.

COVID-19 INFO.

All guests are required to be vaccinated and show proof of vaccination at the venue. Masks are optional.

About Us

How We Met

We met on a dating app in the summer of 2016 and felt an instant connection on our first date. It didn't take long for each of us to realize we had found "the one."

The Proposal

Daniel asked Leslie to marry him in June 2019 while they were taking a walk in the West Village. When they stopped in front of the bar where they went on their first date, Daniel proposed, pulling a gorgeous Art Deco ring out of his pocket. Leslie accepted (of course)! Fun fact: Coincidentally, Leslie was wearing the exact same dress she wore on their first date.

Honeymoon Fund

At this point in our lives, we have all the tangible things we need, so in lieu of a traditional registry, we're doing one focused on our honeymoon. Due to life circumstances (and some stunningly bad travel luck), we haven't gotten to travel as much as we'd like over the course of our relationship. But all of that will change with our honeymoon to Italy's beautiful Naples and Amalfi Coast in May of 2022! It will be the longest trip we've ever taken together.
